Turns out that there was another corona virus (besides SARS-CoV-1, originally called just "SARS" and SARS-CoV-2 which we now call "covid") called Middle East Respiratory Syndrome or MERS. It first appeared in 2012, 14 cases worldwide. 100 cases in 2013, and it continued like that, a few hundred cases per year thru 2019. It may still be floating around out there.
As a result of this, I believe it would be difficult to prosecute Daszak, Fauci, and others for conspiracy or racketeering. They will say that their work on a vaccine was related to SARS and MERS. Yes, WHO confirmed that SARS was gone, there were a few cases in 2004, but none after that, but then MERS came along. Daszak and Fauci will just say that their work was to come up with a vaccine for MERS and for future corona viruses. So you can't imply that Daszak's comment in 2015 was directly related to covid emerging in 2019, that he knew it was coming. He'll just say that we had SARS, we got rid of that, but then MERS popped up, so in 2015 it seemed likely that eventually another corona virus would emerge. Bottom line is that there is no evidence that the pandemic was planned.
We CAN, however, go after them for ignoring, suppressing, and even ridiculing safe effective treatment protocols. US and Canada tell covid patients to go home till your lips turn blue, then go to the Emergency Room. Bangladesh has been treating covid outpatients (early treatment!) with Ivermectin since March 2020. Canada has 4.6 times more covid deaths per million population than Bangladesh, and the US has 12 times more deaths per million!

VAERS is under utilized. It's estimated that only 10% of adverse reactions to the covid "vaccines" actually get reported to VAERS. A Harvard study in the 1990's concluded that only 1% of adverse reactions to vaccines get reported. So take your pick, multiply the VAERS numbers by 10 to be conservative or by 100 if you use Harvard's conclusion. That means that the deaths from the "vaccines" are at least 130,000 in the US. Compare that to the number of deaths from covid WOULD HAVE BEEN IF US DOCTORS HAD BEEN TREATING COVID WITH IVERMECTIN as they have been doing in Bangladesh since March 2020. Bangladesh has 1/12 the number of covd deaths per million population as the US. So if the US had been employing early treatment, US would have had 54,000 deaths. So how's that for a comparison? Deaths from the disease: 54,000. Deaths from the vaccines: 130,000! The vaccines are killing at least twice as many people as the disease!

Question. If there is deliberate malfeasance on the part of 'doctors' - for example the College of Physicians and Surgeons deliberately denying early life saving treatments - why can't we ask the police (Police on Guard) to arrest these people for attempted murder or at the very least fraud? (Since the courts are holding up cases and the lawyers can't do anything.)

I may be mistaken but I saw a tribunal with a jury of 12, at Calgary city hall, finding guilty, under civil law, all supported by Onguard4thee, some politician, but what aroused me was the leader of the hearing's closing statement was in support of the devil, as if all present had just performed a satanic ritual. There were police present in support of policeonguard4thee, and didn't understand or didn't want to point out that this is not their goal. Next day I tried to copy that and could not find it. I am not mistaken on this, this is not a fleeting memory I tried to find it but it is gone.

That's weird. I asked the same question in British Columbians and Albertans FOR FREEDOM facebook group and got suspended. (I'd just joined the group and it was my only comment and it got likes and comments.) I'm not trying to start to start any theories but maybe there are some groups that we aren't allowed to criticize? (I also didn't get any notice that there were responses to this question.)

I don't see how knowledge of the lipid nanoparticle could be used against anyone. If they knew about it, they could just say, yes, I knew that that research was being done in order to develop a delivery system for an mRNA vaccine. Developing a vaccine is not illegal. I think this entire video is barking up the wrong tree. There's nothing in the patent history that we can use to prosecute these folks. We have to go after them for other crimes, like the deliberate withholding of early treatment. That has resulted in literally millions of deaths that could have been prevented. It's the crime of the century.
