Because of major pushback against the Vancouver airport recently over the segregation line ups...dividing vaccinated from unvaccinated...they reversed their decision and removed this campaign against the unvaccinated...excellent win!

This is an official and personal Notice of Liability. You are not a medical professional and, therefore, you are unlawfully practicing medicine by prescribing, recommending, and/or using coercion to insist employees submit to the experimental medical treatment for Covid-19, namely being injected with one of the experimental gene therapies commonly referred to as a “vaccine”.
To begin with, the emergency measures are based on the claim that we are experiencing a "public health emergency.” There is no evidence to substantiate this claim. In fact, the evidence indicates that we are experiencing a rate of infection consistent with a normal influenza season. Read More in the following notice of liability to employers.
It is frightening to think that an experimental injection with a high incidence of adverse reactions, including death, continues to be mandated. A Constitutional legal action will be commencing in the very near future against the BC and Federal government in response to the unprecedented number of human right, privacy right and charter right violations.
The citizens of Canada are protected under the medical and legal ethics of express informed consent, and are entitled to the full protections guaranteed under:
● Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms37 (1982) Section 2a, 2b, 7, 8, 9, 15.
● Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights38 (2005)
● Nuremberg Code39 (1947)
● Helsinki Declaration40 (1964, Revised 2013) Article 25, 26
According to top constitutional lawyer, Rocco Galati, “both government and private businesses cannot impose mandatory vaccinations…mandatory vaccination in all employment context would be unconstitutional and/or illegal and unenforceable.”
Employers, and individuals in positions such as yourselves, have no business applying for proof of vaccination as this is a violation of individual privacy and you are putting people at risk of harm.
There is no legislation that allows an employer to terminate an employee for not getting a COVID-19 shot. If an employer does so, they are inviting a wrongful dismissal claim, as well as a claim for a human rights code violation. For those employees who are influenced, pressured or coerced by their employer to have the COVID-19 shot, and suffer any adverse consequences as a result of the injection, the employer, and its directors, officers, and those in positions carrying out these measures on behalf of the employer, will be opening themselves up to personal civil liability, and potential personal criminal liability, under the Nuremberg Code, the Criminal Code of Canada, and the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act of Canada, all referenced above.
In conclusion, administration of vaccines is defined as a “ medical procedure”. In what other medical context could non-doctors and non-pharmacists prescribe, promote and help distribute pharmaceutical drugs? This is unauthorized practice of medicine.
Therefore, I hereby notify you that you are opening yourself up to personal liability for any harm, financial injury and/or loss of income and/or the ability for citizens to provide food and shelter for their family if you continue to use coercion or discriminate against those who have decided not to participate in the COVID-19 experimental treatments.
You must cease and desist your messaging and applications that directly violate the human rights, privacy rights and bodily autonomy of Canadians who are protected from such abuse in a free and democratic nation.

1. No Pandemic. The WHO admits that the death rate is .2% (2/10 of one percent), meaning like a bad influenza so there is no pandemic.
2. No Circulating Virus. The SARS2 virus has not been isolated, anywhere. I edited this to add the word "circulating". There is evidence that SARS2 exists in biologically secured labs. The elite New Years eve, cocktail and dinner parties, and other meetings without any precautions, make more sense to me now. Also think about it, all the medical and science experts world wide dealing with a pandemic for years and not isolating the disease agent? Highly unusual.
3. No proof that Covid19 is caused by a virus. Since it has not been isolated KOCH's postulate for proving that the virus was the infectious agent causing the disease known as "covid19" has not been proven.
4. PCR Testing for Covid19 is a sham. Testing for SARS2 has not been done legitimately - the US CDC is now stating that the PCR test tested for cold Coronaviruses and Influenza viruses, since no SARS2 virus samples were available for testing. The US CDC granted emergency use authorization for the PCR test and is retracting that authorization as of December 31, 2021. A digital sample of SARS2 spike protein was used to prime the PCR tests.
5. SARS2 Spike Protein Does Cause Covid19. The symptoms from SARS2 Spike Protein match those of Covid19. The Spike Protein is in the CV19 Injections "Vaccinations".
6. People did get sick and die and that was attributed to "Covid19" implying SARS2. Those people died of a whole variety of causes including influenza, spike protein exposure, and other causes falsely said to be Covid19. Some people just got sick without dying. That was real.
7. When did we ever have to have two names for a disease and the agent causing it?
8. Where did the spike protein exposure come from? Drones? Edit: or from food contamination, or some other high tech means. I suspect food contamination.
9. Masks don't work and arguing about them causes conflict, and police brutality in enforcing their usage. Masks are widely believed not to work because of the tiny size of Spike Protein or SARS2 virus and the holes in masks being larger than the virus. Also, no virus means no need to mask against it.
10. Was there any contagion between people? Seemingly there was. Of what?
11. Pandemic control measures failed. Six foot distancing, group size limiting, plexi-glass shields do not work.
12. The Covid vaccination does not prevent disease, and does not prevent transmission of disease so it is a fake vaccine - an injection. Since this CV19 shot is not a vaccine, the developers are wide open for class action injury law suits.
13. Since the vaccine is fake, no need to conflict about vaccine passports, and harm people by arguments about them.
14. The CV19 Injection is an experimental procedure (as mentioned above) so it is not "safe and effective".
15. That "safe and effective" seems to be a fear based mass hypnotic suggestion.
16. Whole lot of lying going on.
17. We have a Totalitarian Government disease outbreak, not a viral one.
I have been reading about SARS2 since it first seemed to emerge in Wuhan January 2020 and this is my personal synthesis of all that I have read since then. (It actually emerged the fall of 2019). Everything came together for me recently, partly from watching this video:

Going around the neighbourhood, "its all these companies" that are doing the thing...the so called recommendation is a 'mandatory' i.e. the continuing to wear the mask, expectation of employees to get vaccinated...frightening them if they do not, threatening them if they do not...and they "are" so frightened they do not want to stand up to them. All these employees are in a sad state of affairs.
