This Thanksgiving weekend is an opportunity to unplug from the madness and to shift our attention to what we can be thankful for.

Feeling gratitude, appreciation, and giving thanks are very powerful ways of triggering a sense of well-being in our body. It is very important to remind yourself of what is good and what it is we can do to feel better. Basic things, like giving thanks.

In this video I talk about how important your physical, mental, and emotional fitness is for gaining and maintaining strength in this battle for freedom. How can this be achieved? I offer a few simple, but important, ideas to get you started.
